Over the weekend we had many celebrations for my son, Alex 13 yrs old. 1) It is has been 1 year since his last battle of Pneumonia, by the age of 12 he was diagnosed with Pneumonia 5 times due to Asthma. Tuesday, quick update...

Just wanted to share a product testimony...my son has struggled with Migraines for the past 10 years...they pretty much put him in bed when they happen...but the other night when I brought over his shake order, he told me that he has not had a migraine for almost a year, which coinsides with when he started on Herbalife!!!! Thursday, quick update...

Ocular Defense is my hero! Before starting on Herbalife a year ago, I was having serious problems with my eyes and light sensitivity. Heart help

I love HERBALIFE!!! A mother of one of our distributors had a heartattack last year and has been getting regular checkup's at the doctors. They told her that her heart is really, really weak. Friday, quick update...

Sunday, quick update...

Just wanted to share from my WLC on Friday..one of my participants came to the meeting just full of energy and excitement. Saturday, quick update...

Just wanted to share from my WLC last night..One of my participants was sooo excited because he had lost weight and was now under 220lbs for the first time in over a year!!! Ingredients

• 1/2 cup crunchy natural peanut butter


• 1/4 cup finely chopped salted pretzels


• 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips, melted (see Tip)

Preparation

1. Combine peanut butter and pretzels in a small bowl. Chill in the freezer until firm, about 15 minutes. Roll the peanut butter mixture into 20 balls (about 1 teaspoon each). Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment or wax paper and freeze until very firm, about 1 hour. Roll the frozen balls in melted chocolate. Refrigerate until the chocolate is set, about 30 minutes.

• Make Ahead Tip: Store airtight in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Healthy Meal Shakes-Great taste

I just started a Weight Loss Challenge last week and one of the participants decided before the WLC even started to purchase the products, so he could be one them from the start!!..He uses French Vanilla, and Wild Berry Shake mixes, and Protein Powder.
