Healthy Meal Shakes-Great taste

I just started a Weight Loss Challenge last week and one of the participants decided before the WLC even started to purchase the products, so he could be one them from the start!!..He uses French Vanilla, and Wild Berry Shake mixes, and Protein Powder. Checked in with him yesterday to see how he was doing, and he says the shakes are awesome.!!!!!! And I certainly agree. One of my favorite ways to prepare my shake is using the Dutch Chocolate flavor, adding the Protein Powder, and then a banana....Oh YUMMY!!!.. I feel like I'm eating Chocolate/Banana Mousse..:)..Try it out!!
